I personally find resolutions as something which I can't keep it up even if I do keep one or more than one, hence, I've decided to just break down whatever i wanna achieve into smaller steps and fulfil them to achieve that goal, rather than having one very ambitious resolution like I want to lose 10kgs or I want to read 30 books or something like that.
